PREPARING FOR YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE

Spa Crystal is a sanctuary for adults to escape day to day stress to find peace, tranquility, & renewal. Adults 18 years and older are invited to find rejuvenation at Spa Crystal. 

For maximum convenience & flexibility, you may schedule your spa sessions online. We also recommend making your reservations 2 weeks or more in advance to ensure availability. 

First time guests MUST pay a non-refundable deposit before the appointment request is accepted. A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. The deposit will be charged to the credit card provided at booking, & will be deducted from your service total. Pricing is subject to change without notice. 

Please arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time, providing you sufficient time to complete the required forms & discuss your goals for the session. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment time. All treatments will end at their scheduled time so the next guest will not be delayed.

You may undress to your level of comfort. If you choose, undergarments may be worn during treatments. Your service provider is licensed to perform the services provided and meet Spa Crystal’s rigorous standards for draping, training, experience and excellence.

Leaving your personal items at home, such as jewelry, is recommended. Spa Crystal is not responsible for misplaced or lost items.

Health Information and Comfort Level 

Please advise us, when making your spa reservation, of any health conditions that could affect your service such as high blood pressure, allergies, injuries, if you are using any medications that affect your skin, or if you have had recent laser treatments or plastic surgery that could affect your service. We have specifically designed treatments for expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters. We encourage you to have your service provider adjust any part of your experience, including the music, the amount of pressure applied during your massage or the room temperature.
