COVID-19 POLICY

Ensuring the safety of our guests & practitioners is our top priority. We utilize CDC guidelines for infection control to provide the safest possible environment for our guests. For the safety & protection of all, the following will be enforced:

• Staff must wear a face mask for all services. In addition to a face mask, a face shield & gloves will be worn during all skincare & waxing services.

• All guests are required to wear a face mask during the face up portion of massage services, & waxing services when permissible. Disposable masks will be available if you are unable to provide your own.

• Every guest will have their temperature taken with a no- contact thermometer before services can be rendered. Any guests with temperatures of 100°F will not be serviced.

• A COVID-19 screening form must be completed before each visit.

• Spa Crystal is a one room spa suite. In an effort to maintain social distancing, we ask that you remain in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time. No extra guests are allowed. Consultation, time to complete necessary client forms & redress are included in the service time.

IMPORTANT:

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been in direct contact in the past 14 days with someone who has. Services will be canceled for guests showing signs of illness.
